This policy explains what information this website collects, how it is used and the choices available to you. It applies to mlsrt.com and mlsroundtable.com (the “Site”), operated by T3 Sixty, LLC on behalf of the Real Estate Data Roundtable.
The short version
This is a static informational website. It has no user accounts, no login, no shopping cart and no contact forms. It does not set advertising cookies, does not run third-party analytics or tracking scripts, and does not sell or share personal information.
Information collected automatically
The Site is hosted by Netlify, Inc. Like virtually all web hosts, Netlify records standard server request data when a page or file is served — typically IP address, timestamp, requested URL, referring URL, and browser and device user-agent string. This data is generated by the hosting infrastructure for security, abuse prevention and operational purposes. It is retained under Netlify’s own retention practices and is not used by the Roundtable to build profiles or to identify individual visitors.
Cookies and similar technologies
The Site sets no cookies of its own and includes no advertising, retargeting or analytics tags. Your browser may store items locally as part of normal page loading; nothing stored is used to track you across other sites.
Information you provide
The Site collects nothing you do not deliberately send. If you email an address published on the Site, your message and email address are received and retained by T3 Sixty in the ordinary course of correspondence, and used only to respond to you.
Downloadable reports
Research reports published on the Site can be downloaded without registration. Downloads are not gated and no personal information is requested or required to obtain them. Use of those reports is governed by the End User License Agreement.
Third parties
The Site links to third-party websites, including those of member organizations and T3 Sixty. This policy does not apply to those sites, and the Roundtable is not responsible for their privacy practices. Hosting is provided by Netlify, Inc., which processes request data as described above.
Children
The Site is intended for real estate industry professionals. It is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Your rights
Depending on where you live — including under the California Consumer Privacy Act and the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation — you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of personal information relating to you, and to object to certain processing. Because the Site collects no personal information beyond correspondence you choose to send and standard server logs held by the host, the practical scope of these rights here is narrow. To make a request, contact us using the details below and we will respond as required by applicable law. The Site does not sell or share personal information, and therefore does not offer a “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” mechanism.
International visitors
The Site is operated from the United States and hosted on infrastructure that may serve content from locations worldwide. If you access the Site from outside the United States, you understand that request data may be processed in the United States.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the effective date above.
